I'm Learning

The past two or so weeks have been busy. I've been traveling back and forth to St. Louis (3 times, to be exact). I've been involved in rehearsals and mosaics and children and singing at the church. I've been playing a little more intentionally with some children. I've been grieving with some friends over a tragic accident at home. And I've been thinking a lot.

In the course of the past few weeks pieces of my world have been up-ended. What once seemed silly and distant now seems just beyond my fingertips and frighteningly real. I don't know what to do with those things. They're not bad things; they're just things. But I have been wrestling with what to do with them.

This blog (in case you hadn't noticed) is mostly for my own delight. Writing brings me joy, and that is something I don't do enough. So I had to write today.

I'd ask you to pray for me. Pray that in all that is going on in my life will become clear as the days turn into weeks and months.
