My dad is currently not working.
And we both needed him to take the time off.
For the first time, maybe ever in my life, my dad and I spent a weekend together just the two of us.
It reminded me just how much like him I am.
We spent all weekend in places like this:
We laughed and did silly things and just enjoyed being outside and being together.
It was one of my favorite weekends ever.
I see myself in my dad.
I wish I saw him more.
