Changing My Vote

I said last week that I had gotten the best Christmas present ever. But then I got to spend most of the day at Sheri's house. It's been a long, long time since that has happened (probably close to a year)! Maddox had a cold, so he needed to be upright as much as possible. So he spent the day cuddled up next to my chest, wrapped in my arms. When he finally did go down in his crib, I curled up in Sheri's queen size bed with the two older boys and napped. We had dinner together, we had good wine, we had death by chocolate dessert (with Kaluha in it), and I got to spend some much-needed time with my very best friend in the world and her very precious family.

I thought I had gotten the best present from Molly.
I was wrong.

A day with the Ferris family was the perfect Christmas.
