First Giveaway!!!

Ok, here's the challenge.
For the first person (besides family and anyone who saw me at the Fall Festival today) to guess my costume, I will send you a special surprise.

Here is what I wore.

I wore a long sleeved sky blue T-shirt and safety pinned about 10 cotton balls to it in a random pattern.
I wore just regular blue jeans and shoes.
I carried a spray bottle (like you would use for ironing or cleaning) full of water.

I'll give you a hint - when anyone asked what I was supposed to be, they usually had to wipe off their glasses when I told them.

Oh, and there's a second hint buried in the description of the shirt.
