Today's Saving the World activity for my house is another simple one.
A Full Washing Machine.
Every time you run the washing machine, you use the same amount of energy, whether it is a small load or a large load. Granted, a small load uses less water, but it uses the same energy and you have to do more loads.
Today I did one full load of laundry that I normally would have put into two smaller loads (sheets and towels wouldn't normally be washed together in my world).
